Underwent 10 weeks of training and added significant muscle mass

Michael came to me in the late summer of 2025 wanting to get in shape and put on significant muscle mass. More importantly, he needed a guide to make weight training make sense—he needed a “why” behind what he was doing. We worked hard for 10 weeks, progressing from fundamental bodyweight and dumbbell movements to more complex barbell exercises. Since we concluded, he’s been looking great, feeling better, and plans to make weight training a regular part of his routine.
